About the Project
The project's goal is to excavate and revive the scattered and lost pieces of the left hand piano music, through running a self-managed online archive of video and other resources.
Its mission is to share with the handicapped musicians a hope to keep playing music as well as joy to seek this esoteric form of piano music, which may lead to opening up the possibility of performance with left hand alone. I hope the video collection of my performances will grow to inspire musicians with its great potential for imparting musical artistry.
Of critical importance is for us to lay the sustainable foundation for performing and studying this realm of music in a way it can be easily passed down to the ages to come. This archive will obviously be nourished by support from, collaboration with, and exposure to those who love music without regard to their expertise and professions.
Your participation and contribution will be greatly appreciated.Takeo Tchinai, Head of the projectMember
